 The Council Bluffs Schools Alumni Association (CBSAA) was established in 2003 by the Community Education Foundation for graduates of the three high schools, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson and Kanesville, in the Council Bluffs School District. A committee made up of graduates from all three CB district high schools is working with the Community Education Foundation to ensure the CB Alumni Association meets the needs of Council Bluffs school’s alumni. The association serves as a resource to connect alumni, share reunion information and present opportunities for individuals to support initiatives of Council Bluffs public schools.
It is the hope of the association that through alumni outreach we can reconnect former students with their schools, friends and community. Periodically the CBSAA mails, and E-mails newsletters to its members detailing current school projects and alumni success stories. If you haven't heard the latest news about the district, the newsletters are a great way to get back in the loop.
Membership in the CBSAA is free but donations are welcomed and encouraged. All donations are made through the Community Education Foundation, and can be earmarked for specific projects (including maintaining this site!). For more information on donation click here.

Community Education Foundation
The Community Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, supports classrooms, after school programs, student financial assistance, teacher recognition and facility improvements by serving as a catalyst to involve the broader community in the education of young people. In partnership with the Council Bluffs Community Schools since 1991, the Community Education Foundation has generated support for projects that would not otherwise be possible to directly benefit students, staff and families of the district.
